Rates for holiday house accommodation at Tobermory Cottage, Barwon Heads on the
Bellarine Peninsula Victoria Australia
- All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST.

- Bookings are essential. Please enquire via

- 25% deposit is required to confirm all bookings.
- Deposits can be accepted by phone via credit card if the details are given by the card
holder.
- The rental for Tobermory Holiday House is based on the number of guests and provides
accommodation for a maximum of 9 people making it suitable for small group accommodation,
large family accommodation, for a two-family holiday or for couples who want a little more
room with their holiday accommodation.
- We are able to arrange restaurant bookings and car hire with
a driver if required.
Arrival and Departure times
- Arrival time is from 3.00 pm or by prior agreement.
- Departure time is by 11.00 am or later with prior agreement.
- A delicious Breakfast Basket is provided for the first morning's
breakfast with all bookings.
- All bookings receive a complimentary bottle of Bellarine Peninsula wine from our

Full catering arrangements available from Sarah Roe Catering and
in-house massage and beauty treatments from
Lotus Spa Barwon Heads.
